Frequently Asked Questions 

Once an order is placed it is processed within 48 hours and dispatched for delivery. Delivery times depend on location of delivery. Deliveries within Nigeria may take 1-3 business days while international deliveries may take up to 7 business days. Tracking information will be e-mailed to you once your order has been processed and sent out for delivery.

Please send an email to info@shopheritageonline.com and someone from our customer care team will respond as soon as possible with information on how to place your order.

Orders are processed within 48 hours, if by chance you accidentally ordered the wrong size or color please contact us via e-mail immediately at info@.shopheritageonline.com. If we receive the e-mail after the item has been dispatched the order will be treated as an exchange. Please see our return/exchange policy below.

If an item is not available in your size or is out of stock please send an e-mail requesting a special order of that item to info@.shopheritageonline.com. Someone from our customer care team will respond as soon as possible with information on availability and an expected delivery date.

If your order has not arrived by the delivery date stated please send an e-mail to info@shopheritageonline.com and a member of our customer care team will respond to you as soon as possible.

we operate a NO REFUND return policy, we accept returns for either an exchange or store credit within 5 days of you receiving your Item.
Please ensure items are returned new, unused and with all Heritage garment tags still attached to them.Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
If you have received an incorrect item please contact us within 24 hours of package arrival. Sale items are considered to be final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned for store credit. Please note, all original delivery fees are not refundable.
